You are invited to attend the NTSC Annual General Meeting (AGM) to be held virtually, beginning at 7:00 PM on Wednesday, September 10, 2025.
All members in good standing are encouraged to attend our AGM where our members approve the club’s official operating information and hear about plans for the coming season.
If you're unable to attend, you may assign a proxy by selecting this option when registering for the event and signing a proxy form. The Secretary will email you the proxy form and it will be required to be returned by 7:00 PM on Tuesday, September 9 (24 hours in advance of the meeting). Proxies may be assigned to anyone attending the meeting, or to the Club President.
Refer to link to our member’s area for the proposed by-laws changes, 30 days in advance in accordance with our existing by-laws. You will be required to login to the NTSC website to view these documents.

AGM registration will close at 5:00 PM on September 10. A Zoom link will be e-mailed to all registrants approximately one hour prior to the meeting start.
