Are you an intermediate skier and want to join an air trip this season? Then Winter Park is for you! The ski area is one of the largest in Colorado with terrain for all ability types, including our expert skiers looking for trees, moguls and bowls.  Winter Park contains over 3,000 skiable acres that span across two distinct mountains. Winter Park Mountain is home to a majority of beginner and intermediate trails, while Mary Jane Mountain is home to amazing tree skiing, world-class moguls and wide-open alpine bowls. You'll find solitude on a 12,000-foot snow-covered peak, to pushing through your thigh-burn for one more minute to get a prime spot for après. 

• Average Annual Snowfall: The resort receives over 344.6 inches of snow annually and has the most consistent snow season after season.
• Elevation: The base sits at 9,000 ft with 3,060 ft of vertical rise, putting its beautiful summit at 12,060 ft.
• Two Distinct Mountains: Winter Park and Mary Jane®, including Parsenn Bowl®, Vasquez Ridge®, Eagle Wind® and The Cirque.
• Terrain: 100% pure and unspoiled fun = 8% beginner; 18% intermediate; 19% advanced; 52% most difficult; 3% expert only.
• Trails: 3,081 total skiable acreage (1,246 hectares), includes 166 designated trails and 1,212 acres (490 hectares) of off-piste terrain, including Vasquez Cirque and glade skiing.
• Lifts: 23 lifts, including three high-speed six-pack lifts, one 10-person gondola, six high-speed express quads, three triples, six double chairlifts, three surface lifts, and one rope tow.
• Snowmaking: Snow is made on 27 trails, covering 313 acres (127 hectares). Our snowmaking capabilities guarantee the opening of Winter Park before Thanksgiving.

Accommodations:

The Vintage Hotel features studio accommodations with kitchenettes. It's a short walk to the Village Cabriolet, bringing you to the resort's base and numerous dining and entertainment options. After skiing/boarding, unwind in the heated pool or large outdoor hot tub to soak those tired muscles. For dinner, head to The Five Mountain Tavern located in the Vintage. Wi-Fi and ski locker included; laundry facilities available.

• Members requesting a roommate will be matched with a roommate of the same gender in a room with two separate beds. If a roommate is not available, members will be informed before final payment and fees and deposits will be returned.

• To Tour Operator: Non-refundable $500 Deposit + insurance (if selected) due upon registration; Final balance due November 19, 2024.
• Price based on minimum of 24 trip participants. Base price will increase if fewer than 24 participants.

• Flights that may be booked independently do not have the first piece of luggage included.

Additional Fees / Cancellation Terms and Conditions:

Changes and cancellations are subject to fees and must be arranged through the NTSC Travel Committee only.

For any refunds resulting from a group cancellation, participants will receive refunds, net of non-refundable fees, on their credit card.

Travel Insurance:

NTSC and the Tour Operator strongly recommend you purchase trip interruption insurance to protect against financial losses/penalties in the event you are forced to cancel or your trip is interrupted (e.g. flight cancellations or delays). Trip participants who do not purchase travel insurance will be required to confirm they have other coverage or understand they are responsible to any costs associated with trip cancellation/interruption.

NEW THIS SEASON. USA and Europe trip participants are required to provide proof of travel medical insurance coverage. In the past, participants who did not have out-of-country medical insurance have placed an undue burden on Trip Leaders and Travel Committee Reps. Injuries do occur and it is unsafe and can be very expensive to not have out-of-country coverage. Coverage is also recommended for out-of-province travel.

Comprehensive Insurance coverage can also be added to a newly purchased policy. The premium is due with the deposit.
